1. Who we are

This website, sailworkshop.com, and the Sail Workshop online store are operated by OLECOM, LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Delaware, USA, with its registered address at 1111B South Governors Avenue, STE 28046, Dover, DE 19904, United States ("Sail Workshop", "we", "us" or "our"). You can contact us at support@sailworkshop.com or on WhatsApp.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of our website and to every order you place with us. Please read them together with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy, which form part of these Terms. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform we use.

2. Using our website

By using our website or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority where you live, or that you are using the site with the involvement of a parent or guardian. You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, not to interfere with its security or operation, and not to copy, scrape or resell any part of it without our written permission.

3. Our products

Our artworks are printed to order on canvas and finished by hand. We make every effort to show colors, materials and sizes accurately, but colors can look slightly different on different screens, and small variations in hand-finished products are normal. Sizes are given in centimetres and inches; small tolerances may apply.

4. Orders and contract

The product pages on our website are an invitation to make an offer. When you place an order, you make an offer to buy. We will send an order confirmation email, and the contract between you and OLECOM, LLC is concluded when we send that confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, if a product is unavailable, if there is an obvious pricing error, or if we suspect fraud — and in that case we will refund any amount you have paid in full.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency selected on our website. For customers in Türkiye and the European Union, prices include VAT where applicable. Shipping is free unless stated otherwise at checkout. Import duties or taxes may apply in some countries, as explained in our Shipping Policy. Payment is processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners; we never see or store your full card details.

6. Production and delivery

Each order is produced in our workshops in the United States or Türkiye and shipped as described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates. If we cannot deliver within 30 days of your order, you may cancel and receive a full refund.

7. Returns and your right of withdrawal

You can return your order within 30 days of delivery, as described in our Refund Policy. Consumers in the European Union, the United Kingdom and Türkiye also have a statutory right of withdrawal, which our policy includes and extends. Products made to your personal specifications (for example, prints of your own images or custom sizes) are excluded from the right of withdrawal, except where they are faulty.

8. Custom orders and your images

If you send us an image to print, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights or contain unlawful content. You grant us a limited licence to use the image only to produce and deliver your order. We may refuse any custom order at our discretion.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including product photographs, room mock-ups, texts, designs, logos and the Sail Workshop name — belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Buying a print gives you ownership of the physical artwork for personal display; it does not transfer any copyright or reproduction rights.

10. Reviews and submissions

If you post a review or send us comments, photos or suggestions, you allow us to use, reproduce and display them in connection with our store, and you confirm that they are your own, truthful and lawful. We may remove content that is unlawful, offensive or misleading.

11. Warranty and liability

We guarantee that our products will match their description and be free from material defects when delivered; if they are not, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund as set out in our Refund Policy and as required by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability where it cannot be limited or excluded by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

12. Privacy

We process your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. Customers in Türkiye can also read our KVKK information notice.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection given by the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts of your country of residence. Consumers in Türkiye may also apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees (Tüketici Hakem Heyetleri) or Consumer Courts within the monetary limits set each year. Before starting any formal procedure, please contact us — most issues can be solved quickly by email.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
