Shipping & returns FAQ

How are the canvases packed?

Framed pieces ship in double-wall boxes with corner protectors and a protective film. Rolled prints ship in rigid tubes.

How do returns work? (US, EU, UK)

You have 30 days from delivery to return your order. Contact us at support@sailworkshop.com with your order number; we'll send instructions. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receipt.

İade ve cayma hakkı (Türkiye)

6502 sayılı Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında Kanun kapsamında teslimattan itibaren 14 gün içinde cayma hakkınızı kullanabilirsiniz. Sipariş numaranızla support@sailworkshop.com adresine yazmanız yeterlidir. Ücret iadesi, ürünün bize ulaşmasından sonra 14 gün içinde ödeme yönteminize yapılır.

My order arrived damaged

Send a photo of the damage and the box to support@sailworkshop.com within 48 hours of delivery. We reprint and reship free of charge — no need to return the damaged piece.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, within 12 hours of ordering — production starts quickly. Email us with the change and we'll confirm.

Will I pay customs duties?

US orders: no duties. EU/UK: duties and VAT are calculated and shown at checkout. Other countries: local duties may apply on delivery.

Shipping & Returns

Your canvas painting will be shipped within 1-3 days by Express shipping companies such as Ups, DHL Express or FedEx.

You can receive your package within 3-5 working days.

Please take a photo of the package if you see any damage caused by shipping while you are delivering it.
